Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If you are not happy with your item we simply ask you return the item to Food by Alice within 14 days. You will have to pay for the return postage yourself.

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Provided your item is in a re-saleable condition you will receive a full refund (excluding any original postage charges). If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged item please let us know at the earliest opportunity.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Food by Alice, Design by Mono LTD, 26 Nelson Street, Edinburgh, EH3 6LJ, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend you use tracked postage to ensure we receive your return. If we do not receive your return we cannot issue a refund.
